Principal job description

The UFDA School District is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead their Charter Schools (Elementary K-4 and Middle School 5-8). The position is 1 FTE 240 day contract.  Competitive salary and benefits based on experience. Wisconsin Licenses Principal #51 and Director of Instruction #10 preferred or eligibility.  The ideal candidate will:

• Utilize observation and feedback to promote successful teaching practices
• Respects differentiation and the  unique learning styles of each individual student
• Implements standards-based procedures (CIA, CCSS)
• Is committed to parent and community involvement utilizing diverse media and pathways of communication
• Is motivated to work with staff to create Professional Learning Communities (PLC's) and a challenging, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for all students
• Will work diligently to close the academic achievement gap
• Supports and cultivates a Response to Intervention (RtI) school culture
• Will collect, research, and analyze data to make informed decisions
• Is committed to and inspires pedagogical practices that will realize the vision of the District's Strategic Plan
• Supports and cultivates a culture of technology integration into daily instructional practices
• Will continue to support and implement instructional programs already underway
